EXIT Formula

Passive, residual income that enhances your life, your dreams, your retirement and your legacy; that’s the power of the EXIT Formula. Introduce Bill to your broker and when he is hired as a sales person with EXIT and closes transactions, EXIT Realty’s head office will pay you the equivalent of 10% of Bill’s gross, closed commission up to $10,000 per year for as long as you’re both with EXIT. This is a process we call sponsoring. If you retire or take a break from selling real estate, your 10% sponsoring bonuses convert to 7% lifestyle or retirement residuals. If something should happen to you, your 10% sponsoring bonuses or 7% residuals convert to 5% beneficiary benefits helping to provide security for those you leave behind.

SPIRIT of EXIT

A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds.
